Terms and Conditions

By signing up for Learn to Flourish tutoring sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

  • All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed through a completed registration form.

  • Payment is required weekly in advance and secures your child’s place for that week’s sessions.

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer or secure online payment link (details provided upon registration).

  • We reserve the right to pause or cancel sessions if payment is not received by the due date.

2. Session Format

  • Tutoring sessions are offered either online via Zoom or in person (location to be agreed during registration).

  • In-person sessions require a safe and quiet environment, free from distractions.

  • For online sessions, a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or tablet is essential.

  • Students are expected to log in or be ready on time; sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of a late start.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session without charge.

  • Missed sessions without sufficient notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or family emergency), please contact us—we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule at our discretion.

  • If Learn to Flourish needs to cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered or a refund/credit will be provided.

4. Learning Commitment

  • Tutoring is most effective with consistency and active engagement. Parents are encouraged to support their child’s learning between sessions.

  • Optional or recommended follow-up work may be shared and is designed to reinforce session objectives.

5. Communication

  • Regular feedback will be provided to parents through email, WhatsApp, or scheduled check-ins.

  • Parents are welcome to contact us at any time to discuss progress, goals, or concerns.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

  • A positive, respectful attitude is expected from students in all sessions.

  • Repeated disruptive behaviour may result in withdrawal from the programme, following discussion with parents.

7. Confidentiality and Safeguarding

  • All personal information shared with Learn to Flourish is treated confidentially and in accordance with safeguarding procedures.

  • In some cases, sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or safeguarding purposes, with prior consent.

8. Photography and Media

  • We may request permission to use anonymised images, screenshots, or testimonials for promotional use (e.g., social media or website).

  • No media will be used without explicit parental consent.

9. Commitment to Excellence

  • Learn to Flourish is dedicated to delivering high-quality, tailored tutoring sessions that support academic success, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning—whether online or in person.
